I met with the residential supervisor who administered an interview questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, the supervisor reviewed my answers in front of other coordinators and asked additional situation questions. Next I followed her to the program directors office and he conducted additional questions. Both supervisors were pleased with my responses and I was offered the position. The entire process took place in one day.
