Very slow. HR took a long time in all phases of the process. The first interview seemed to be for a position that didn't actually exist, but was advertised in support of a green card application. They were interested in me, apparently, but didn't call back for about 5 months. Then we had another interview session, followed by another month of delays before an offer was made.
