I received the interview invitation and scheduled a on-line interview with HR. In the interview, I was asked why I applied for this position. After I explained the reasons, the HR challenged me in a very aggressive way. She challenged me on why I wanted to work in different fields, why not focusing on my current filed. I tried to explain, but she refused to listen and closed the interview. The interview was scheduled 45 mins, but it ended in 15 mins. Most of the interview, the HR was challenging but not listening. It is the worst interview I have ever had in my working life. I can not imagine why that HR took the interview in that way.

There were three interviewers total and they took turns asking questions that were mostly behavioral. There was an emphasis on projects, personal work habits and interpersonal relationships. The interview lasted an hour.

Online interview with HR and engineers which resulted in great questioning. There were both personal and technical questions. This allowed for the applicant to get known by potential coworkers while making sure they were well educated for the job.

I was given an interview during the Society of Women Engineer (SWE) Convention. Two weeks after the initial interview, they called to schedule an on-site interview at the Louisiana plant where I was interview by the hiring manager and got to know other people and their day-to-day basis.
