First was invited to social dinner with other applicants interview with Dow. Was a great way to meet the people that you will potentially be interviewing with. Interview was with two people, 30 minute interview. A lot of behavioral questions, specifically with regards of teamwork.

Technical person will ask a lot questions related to the job description in detail. The candidate need to have a very well prepared in order to get the offer.
