Started with 2 phone interviews which was easy to prepare. The last stage was the face-to-face meeting, and this was the tough part. It was scheduled as three 30-minutes interviews with three pairs of employees. The first meeting was with the CEO and the COO, the second was with the Sales Manager for one region and previous trainee, and the last 30-minute interview was with the Sales Managers for two other international regions.
