I went to the virtual career fair at my school, and the next day, they called, offering an interview. The interview was generally very easy-going. There were lots of behavioral questions. There was a question about safety as well which I was later told was so that they could gauge how well we would perform at a plant. I have yet to receive word of an offer (but it's only been a couple hours).

Has there ever been a moment when you saw someone being unsafe and how did you respond.
Overall was very impressed. Interviewed by two people: an upper-level engineer and recent graduate of the co-op program. It took roughly one hour to complete, and the interviewers were more than happy to answer any questions I had.
