I applies online for a position as an technician. I was invited to the location to do an assessment. The assessment was long but ok.I passed the assessment and was later invited to do an online phone interview. The interviewer was a third party one and asked questions such as " describe when you had to overcome some dispute working in a group". I am not really the biggest fan of interviews over the phone and with third parties as they just listen and take notes so therefore its non conversational.You get to talk and talk and might just say the odd thing that void the entire interview.I thought i did OK but i didn't receive an invitation for an onsite interview as I recieved an email telling me that "they are considering someone else".I am very intelligent, hard working and cooperative but yet was turned down because of my so called background not fitting the position.I would have been a good candidate but it was a good learning experience.

If you have something to do don’t bother the process is about an hour and a half long but very much worth it! The questions were very specific and the answers needed to be detailed but overall a great experience!

Not too bad. Easy questions, and they really just wanted to hear that I was motivated to work there and work hard. It was a panel of 4 operators , asked normal questions that interview do. If I didn’t know a question I responded I’m unsure but would love to learn and they are that up.

Why should you get this job over other candidates?
There were two rounds of panel interviews. The first round interview was with the floor management and consisted of several questions. The second round interview panel was with the management team. These were more behavioral interview questions.
