muy largo y contratos por 6 meses renovables, entrevistas de 1 año y medio y quedé para otra seleccion porque cuando me llamaron me dijeron que se habian confundido de candidato, cuando ya habia hecho el preocupacional

It was great. The interviewer was kind and helpful. Didnt ask very hard questions, just the ones needed to show that I was useful to the company. It was a nice environment.

Behavioural questions. They want to know you so expect something about personality: what would you do if, what are you looking for, etc...
Nothing extraordinary compared to your common interview. The first interview it's not discriminatory, they want to be sure you want this position and you are looking for that, then you will be redirected to an onsite stuff interview, normally online
Interview went well. Easy going and laid back group who seem to care about their employees. Received offer quickly after. I accepted an offer within engineering and so far, my experience has been positive.
