It was a phone call interview that happened after I had an internship with Dow. They had a conference call and asked me about my experience in my internship. The interview was about 30 minutes long and consisted of the hiring manager and 4 other members of the team.

Technical Interview with engineers and lead engineer, talked through the job spec and interview questions. Manager Interview which was mainly competency based with the standard offering of questions asking for examples of situations. Slightly dated method but effective none the less.
