Recruiters visited the college that I attended. They had a presentation about Dow and then had a Q&A. I then applied and the recruiters were the ones that actually interviewed you. There are two recruiters for each college. They do not work in HR they work in the field of which you are applying.
Simple questions, the people were friendly. Interviewed for the summer internship position at Zhang jia gang, China. It was not difficult, the interview team comprised of business leaders and HR
