Phone interview with HR, In-person interview with Managment and Project managers, then they had week long negotiation period, they they presented offer and started there after. Pretty straight forward I would say.
Three Rounds of interview - Phone, Face to Face, Principal; straightforward and accommodating. No hardball questions, it seemed to be mostly to test if I would be a good fit personality wise.
