While unexpected changes can happen, clear communication about rescheduling and offering alternative times would have been appreciated. After investing time in multiple interviews with them, I received a generic rejection email without any specific feedback. This lack of feedback was disappointing after putting effort into the interview process. I believe that for a new company like Doxel, they have an opportunity to create a good employer brand by paying attention to basic interviewing etiquette and providing constructive feedback to candidates. Open communication is crucial for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the interviewing process.
