One technical online test related to subject and then shortlisted students were taken through technical interview followed by HR interview. They asked basic questions related to pharma subjects and some higher level questions related to the projects done in undergrad and m.pharm
It was a quick interview which hardly took 30 min. And interviewer knows what he is asking. We kicked off the interview with introductions then he asked me about what he expects from company
