I prepared my portfolio, got new business cards and made sure my resume was up to date. When I came in for an interview I met with fellow members of my team and got a chance to speak with the founder of the company. I felt that my quality of work was equally as important as my personalty. Although I did not have experience in web design the marketing team found a place for me by utilizing my print abilities through direct mail pieces.
