Very efficient and positive experience! First met with the recruiter (who was also the hiring manager for this role), followed by a meet and greet with two other members of the People and Culture team. There was a take-home assignment during the second round that was straightforward and very applicable to the role. The assignment didn’t require too much of my time to put together, but it gave me an opportunity to show the interview team how I think and work. The communication between rounds was very regular and the whole process took less than 2 weeks!
