The company is a startup and that means no: HR, Mgmt , Finance, Marketing, OHS, Governance and etc. The company hinges on a product dependent on VC's. To be honest interviewing here was a huge waste of time. I completed their "Financial App" take home project and with unit testing included it took me a few days. Nothing to do with "Drawing"! They barely mentioned my code in both 2nd & 3rd interviews. The salary on offer pales in comparison and their cliche "tight knit" startup won't thrive if they struggle to scale at this early stage. In the end I was judged on not fitting into their stereotype and being outside their target: 25-35, Caucasian or Asian and not too senior.
