Sent my resume along with work samples to the Creative Director. Got a response within a few days and set up an in-person, 1:1 interview. Discussed my current work and what I'd be interested in working on. Discussed the sort of clients and work the studio does. The next day, got an email with an offer to start the following week as an intern with the possibility of a paid position.
