I went through a recruiter and he was the best person out of all of this. HR was the second best. I first met with the HR person at the office and he is very amicable. You will also speak to one of the other programmers through Skype. The person I talked to was likeable and he knows what he is doing. Two interviews in one day. Then the ball was dropped by them for a while. Apparently this was an anomaly according to my recruiter. The owners who have the final say took their time in making a decision, and we're talking weeks. Possible sign of their disregard for employees.
