One online HackerRank test followed by two interview rounds. Level was easy-medium for all rounds. First interview round was good and I went on for second round. Second round was horrible experience. Two questions were easy and medium leetcode questions. Interviewer asked me to code in Swift and he had no idea about the data structures and methods available in Swift language. He kept on telling to write more code because he didn't know about dictionary data structure in Swift, even after I told him this is my final answer and it will run fine. He had hard time going through my code and understanding time complexity. When I walked him through my code and told him we came out of the for loop, he told to run for loop for more values . Can't understand why companies allow such people to take interviews! After knowledgeable first round interviewer, I didn't expect this at all.

Following the written test was the First round of Interview and here is when the things started getting really Obnoxious.The HR scheduled the interview for 3 PM but I waited for one complete hour and there was no communication from their end. Really Pathetic and Unprofessional behaviour from the HR. After a week, out of the blue I got a call from the HR and she asked me to take the interview the very next day to which I agreed.After I cleared the first technical round, in the second round, I answered the 2 questions as perfectly as I could. But I was taken aback to know that my mobile number was "BLOCKED" by the HR and it's been a week and there is no response from their end. It shows the unscrupulous behaviour of the HR team.
