Started with a recruiter contacting me and asking about my background, what I knew about the company, and what I wanted in terms of careers. The usual recruiter stuff. Next step was 1 hour onsite with the manager. We went over my resume and talked a little bit about some back end related knowledge. Afterwards we did a white board coding problem. I really enjoyed this process because the manager wasn't necessarily looking for a "compilable" solution, but was looking more for my thought process and how to approach a problem. I definitely stumbled over this question and didn't get the offer.
