Started with intial fitment discussion with one of the team member This was followed by 1.5 hr of problem solving. Lc medium/easy 3 questions Then followed by theory round. Was able to answer most questions, but interviewer was looking at too much depth and was expecting me to remember equation. I think focus should be to judge a candidate on whether he can adapt/think rather than asking very specific questions. I think the founding team itself are not very senior guys which shows in the interview exp
