Beginning process was okay, Recruiter reached out, liked my resume and what i got to offer. Moved me to video interview with the Dm and regional manager. 2 hours video interview They said they liked me alot and wanted to move forward. 3rd stage of interview is the "in person" interview at the dealership. Went good. They ended up not going through with my application when though i was "100% what theyre looking for" no good reason , waste of time.
