      The interview process is extremely long, and somewhat redundant. You interview with 5 people, and take a few tests. Some of the people you interview with have nothing to do with you on a day-to-day or even month-month basis.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We take great pride in our culture and our hiring process plays a critical role in preserving that culture as we grow. Therefore, we invest heavily in our hiring process by having senior team members actively participate. From beginning to end, a candidate completes the process in less than a week in almost all cases. We are aware that a couple questions are asked by more than one interviewer, but we've elected to allow that practice to persist because our interviewers use those questions as a point of departure to explore that topic in different directions. While we routinely hear that our process is more involved than some other job interview processes, we receive consistently positive feedback from candidates who appreciate the care we take with each candidate to give them an opportunity to meet people throughout the organization, ask all their questions and dig deep enough to genuinely assess the fit. That being said, we're grateful for your feedback as we are routinely evolving our hiring practices and will take it all into account.

      Coming from the tech world, the process was very refreshing! One week from the initial interview to an offer. The company is very clear about their process: interview with the founder/ managing director (where compensation is discussed upfront so nobody's time is wasted), then two rounds of interviews/assessments: an excel assessment with a controller, a group interview with the hiring manager and leadership, an interview with the cofounder and another group interview/assessment with leadership. They scheduled the two sets of interviews in two days and it all took about an hour each time. Very efficient.

      I interviewed in January, 2024. Took a test > Interview with HR > Interview with one of the Partners for likability. If the partner likes you then you interview with 3 more people, including the other partner, and complete a take home assignment, which you'll present to everyone you already interviewed with besides HR. The day after my presentation I was rejected because I "wasn't a good fit" with no explanation on why they felt that way. They said they might reach out again in March or April. They never did. The whole process took 1 week.
