I had one talk with the recruiter after my application. He was not able to answer the questions and concerns I had in regards to the role and the specifics of the work I would be doing. He said that the business development director would be able to address them in further stages. After the initial interview, I was sent a so-called case. The case felt like they wanted me to do the job they need to do (the result was supposed to be a list of their potential customers) without paying for it. Instead of providing the final answer, I described the process of how I would approach this and sent it. After that, the recruiter was telling me they need more time to assess the outcome and after some time just stopped replying on both LinkedIn and email. Overall after 4 months they still haven't replied to me. Very unprofessional attitude, feels like a waste of time. Would not recommend applying.
