Pretty standard, although fairly long interview process. Generally just a mix of behavioral questions, did not into get into any case studies or product jam type of interview format although the AI fluency test could loosely be considered an on the fly working session. Good overall interview process but I would expect the company to have a clearer idea around scope of responsibility laid out for a role at this level, or at least size the role title correctly with a level of influence that can drive the needed organizational change. Although not required, as a general courtesy after a lengthy interview process a more personal note or call versus a standard rejection template email is certainly appreciated!
