The interview was very standard. They show you around the facility. Make sure you examine the place well and know you'll be able to handle those work conditions before accepting the position. They asked for examples about experiences, challenges, leadership, work ethics and lessons learned from mistakes. They gave a short quiz at the end (know your oxidizers!), which was fairly simple for any competent person we chemistry knowledge.
