Had to act out a series of skits selling a product.
Activities that showed how well you improvised. There were roughly thirty applicants there and we had to work in groups of four or five, manager walked around looking to see who was taking charge and who was most creative.

The interview process was very relaxed. I was taken you some chairs in the back of the salon and we reviewed my resume and the interviewer asking some basic questions about my experience and interest in the field. I was then asked back for a follow up interview where I would shadow another bartender.
