Well, I've been massively applying to this place for good environment and career growth, but they seem unprofessional 1-I guess the manager was surprised by me coming no preparation of room meeting and random questions 2-they asked about salary expectations, I understand it's entry level job for a company famous for low salaries but I already communicated with HR Im okay to listen to the offer afterwards 3-they don't seem to support career growth which I am oriented about to join 4-giving false hope to the interviewee while I'm quiet sure it's decided in the interview 5-No personalized feedback "practical experience not matched" is not making sense as I worked on more apps and have already exposure unless they wanted a team leader right away not an entry level job whom requires experience 6- the disorganization of communication between HR and management is highly noticeable overall totally disappointed.
