I interviewed about 10 days after submitting the application form. I came after school and was interviewed by the CEO, Lauren Hodder. It was very relaxed, and mostly focused on my experience working with children. On the same day, I scheduled my certification class and had my first training session in the pool, shadowing an intermediate swim class.
