Pretty straightforward. There was a total of six interviews. It wasn't that bad. Just prepared beforehand and you're okay. There was a phone screening and then in person interview. They got back pretty quickly.

STAR (Situation, Task, Action Result) interview process is used primarily. Typically 3 teams consisting of 2 individuals per team. 3-4 hour process or 2 days for PhD hires. 1 full day of interviews and 1 full day presenting your thesis.
