1 Telephonic: Asked about current role and responsibilities.
2 Psychometric test which is around and hour with 60 questions, which is basically to understand how your thinking process and how you react to the day to day work life cases.
3 System test Technical
4 Face to face with Immediate Manager.
4 Face to face with IBG Head.

Colloquio
It was a campus placement process . They shortlisted students on the basis of resume. They called the shortlisted candidates to their office for further process. Their were total of 5 rounds consisting of GD, aptitude, psychometric, technical and HR PI.
