The over the phone interview was your typical behavioral style questions: how well do you work in a team, tell us a time you encountered a problem and how you overcame it etc. Pretty relaxed interview, looking to give younger engineers experience so wasn't overly competitive or strenuous. First contacted through a phone interview followed by an in person interview at the site. Interviewing staff was very friendly. Once an offer is given you will need to go through a background check and drug screening.
