1 phone interview + 3 personal interviews. All of them were really nice and well prepared. The first was only to talk about background and competencies, the first person one was with the direct team, and we talked about my experience and what would be expected. The second personal one was with the boss, it was more dense and uncomfortable, but it was most likely the same, but with more pressure on the competencies. The 3rd is a case, where you have to prove your abilities.
