Dodged a bullet by the looks of it ! The existing reviews was super aligned to how the interview process was conducted and reflective of the culture the existing employees speak about in the reviews. The weirdest interview process ever seen at a well funded startup.
1. Starts off with a dead and rushed 15 min conversation with a HR
2. Followed by a take home assignment and a live screening call (free sourcing for them!!)
3. Meeting with the founders(who always turn up late with zero apology)

The interview process felt chaotic. Interviewers didn’t seem to know what the next stage was or how many rounds were left. It made the experience confusing, unorganized, and frustrating from a candidate’s perspective.

Mixed experience overall. The founder interview was genuinely strong and probably the highlight of the process.
I had seen some mixed Glassdoor feedback beforehand and wanted to form my own opinion. Whilst the company is clearly ambitious and fast-moving, parts of my experience did reflect some of the comments around interview style and candidate experience.
Most of the interviews felt very process-driven and transactional, with limited warmth or human connection throughout the conversations. One of the later-stage interviews in particular felt quite intense, with a strong emphasis on “high pressure/high delivery”.
The process also involved multiple stages and a take-home assessment, so I was slightly surprised by how generic the final communication felt given the level of time and engagement invested throughout the process.
