They were basic interview questions but they really want to know how well you can handle stress and give examples, how well are you with managing time, and what to do when you can’t meet a tight deadline. They want someone who can at least work 15 hours a week since it will be very busy and will be assigning you with a lot of work, give them good examples of your experience and how you managed through it.
