First, phone interview. Typical and very low key. In person interview was slightly more aggressive with questions and discussed skills. Third interview wasn't an interview... more like meeting the big wigs in the office.

Put in application. Got an email for an interview. Spoke with nurse manager told about position. Then next interview I had to sit there an hour to see if I like the position. Afterwards was offered a position.
