Application went through the Duke Job Board. HR called me about an interview with RN Management. The interview was seamless and no stress. I only interviewed with one manager and then walked to the unit and spent time with the other nurses.

Very basic. The manager did not go through the typical behavior based questions. It was very informal.

I applied online and then I was contacted by the floor manager to set a time for a phone interview. She was nice, asked my experience and what specialties I work in and which surgeries I am comfortable doing. She followed up shortly with an offer.

Panel Interview with 3 current staff members over zoom. Nothing too out of the box however take it with a grain of salt, I was a new grad when interviewed
It was good since they were really kind and nice. To make sure I should get a job here, maintained positive smile all the time while the whole interview. That was quite big experience for me.
