Went through an extremely drawn out interview process: Recruiter, District Manager, Senior Store Manager, another Store Manager, and VP of operations. Communication from each took forever. After all those interviews, and two months time, I discovered that I was not chosen for position after I saw that they had REPOSTED the position as open. No email, no phone call....nothing. After that many interviews, proper etiquette would be a phone call informing me of their decision . I didn't even get a pro forma thanks but no thanks email.

After interviewing with the district & regional manager, you're flown to their corporate office for a panel interview. You're then asked to present a 30/60/90 plan for a store you haven't worked in and have no idea what the opportunities are. God help you if you don't do well here. You're supposed to go through 1:1 interviews with the panel after this but they won't even give you the chance. You flew all the way to their office for nothing. They treat you horribly and like you're beneath them. I have never left an interview with my self esteem so shattered until then.
