Filled application online, received call for interview a couple months later, interviewed 2 different dates and times, offered the position and started a few weeks later, week of paid training

I had received a call to interview with multiple people, had the interview, had called back a week later to follow up and heard back two weeks later but would not get a call back when messages were left requesting a call back.
