I interviewed in a dummy company. Question was structured in a way to show my almost non-existent coding skills. Beyond the questions, they also had interview with the human resources department to identify whether I would be a good fit for the company.

3 rounds interview basic output of sample code, no HR round was conducted, very basic question of syntax in c++ and need to give output of printf statements, without compiling the program, through dry run only

Everything was very nice, questions according to the position, in a medium level, the questions were well formulated and the interviewer was polite, they explained me the process which is good.
