I first had a phone call and then was called in for an interview at Dunbar Education. I would like to point out there is no lift to get to their floor which is an issue for those who have a disability or find it tricky walking up and down the stairs. The interview went well and they were impressed with my preparation and I was then contacted for a final stage interview with one of the CEOs. This was via video call. However, received a long email stating how impressed they were with my skills, experience etc etc but was not successful. I now have checked back and they have recruited 3 people for this role. Now having looked at the website I should have taken the hint. You need to look a ‘certain way’ to get the job. There is no diversity whatsoever. Dunbar Education do better it’s 2023.
