Interviewer had already interviewed around 14 people before me that day, interview felt rushed , they kept the interview short up to 20 mins, asked the basic questions and largely looked at a separate computer screen the entire time. basic competency questions such as what are your strengths etc

The application process was slightly odd - they changed the specific job role that I was interviewing for, as although I applied for a family paralegal role, the interview was for the children team specifically and had a slightly different job spec. This was not addressed by HR or the interviewer at all. Also, they suggested the interview date and asked me to specify a suitable time with less than a weeks notice which was fine, but I received nothing else from them and had to chase the HR team the day before to confirm that my interview was actually taking place. However, the interviewer was kind and friendly and the interview was generally positive. I received notification of the outcome of the interview within 2 weeks.
