Had a phone interview detailing the role and got asked wuestions about my experience an dhow i would fit in to the company and then had 2 interviews, 1 with store manager and one with assisstant store manager. Them interviews were again to assess my ability and passion for the job and to quash any worries either of us had about me moving from my previous job to this one

We are worried about the cut in pay you will be taking and dont want to take you on and then lose you to another higher paid job. How do you feel about that

Was very informal they just wanted to no about history and experience and what skills you have in order to do the job it was held in there café so felt very casual
