Did an interview over the phone and if they liked you they would invite you to do assessment and if they still liked you they would get back with you and send you another one. In total I did 4. The whole process took a month.

Do you have car insurance? Do you have a valid drivers license? Ask you about where you have worked and what you did there.
They also did a very, very in depth background check. Not like a usual background check. You also had to be checked out by the government being that you are working with disabled people.
