It seemed very sketchy, I applied the night before and the next morning was called in to do an interview an hour later. I went in to the interview, the first person i interviewed with had been very rude and after the first I was expecting them to tell me they would call me back and instead I had a second interview a few minutes after the first. Right after the second interview I was offered a position.

You get two interviews first with HR or some one elss then you go to Sr. Director. Everyone gets hired very easy. They seem desperate to have someone to watch the indiciduals.

The hiring process was very simple. Since they struggle to hire people, they are just happy that you showed up. They sure appreciate you a lot and everybody is nice and friendly. But unfortunately, that doesn't pay the bills.

I was interviewed by the program director as well as the executive director. two separate interviews on the same day. Interview process was very simple, they just ask about your background with working with people with disabilities. I didn't have any experience, but as long as you have a degree or experience working in any field you will be okay. They need people.
