Open interviews were conducted in store, but I had still applied online prior to going, making the process a lot simpler. I was interviewed by the store manager, and then the regional manager. The interviewers went through my resume, asking about different involvements and experiences I had. They also asked why I wanted the job and what it was about the company that made me want to work there.

easy. phone interview. few questions. they asked me something about goals in the future. my case was over the phone, but a family member had to go in person. super easy for me.
