How could I grow sales in a predominately Jewish area selling donuts?
I was contacted via text from manager asking to set up an interview time. I asked what the salary range for the position was and got told that they won't provide any salary info until the in person interview. That's a red flag. An potential employer should always be able to provide you with a salary range so that you can decide if an in person interview is worth your time - and so that you don't waste theirs. The manager also did not introduce themselves with a name, they just texted, "I'm a manager for Dunkin". Unprofessional. So, I didn't even make it to the in person interview. Employers forget that we are interviewing them also to see how professional they are and if we do indeed want to work at said company.

The interview process was very laid back. The hiring manager just asked a lot of questions to get a better understanding of my interest and goals for the future to see if I am a good fit for the company. The hiring manager did a lot of explaining at to what the company's mission and values are.
Very easy. Nothing to worry about. Just asked about some behavioral question. Was asked if i'm ok to do overtime and able to drive if any emergencies arise. Very easy. Nothing to worry about.
