met with manager who generally seemed to care. From his attitude it was a good company to work for. Once he left,it was all down hill. Manager very personable,easy to talk to. Gave me the amount I was looking for.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.

Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
