Easy, relaxed interview. Hiring Manager was very nice. I didnt have any experience and he let me know very clearly that it wont be an issue. He said I will be thoroughly trained. That really helped my anxiety go away.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.

Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
