Filled out the application. Manager told me of open position, told me to come back following day. Came back, had a 1:1 interview, told me I was hired, but to come back in a few days to fill out paperwork .
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.

Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
